To confirm a reservation, the payment corresponding to the first night of accommodation per room reserved is required. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Reservations and inquiries made directly with our agents should be requested by email and will be answered via the same channel. Services and rates will be provided according to written information:

The reservation can be canceled up to 1 week before the check-in date, excluding the check-in day. Otherwise, a one-night accommodation fee per room reserved will be charged as a penalty.
If the reservation is canceled and the guarantee payment has already been credited, it will not be refunded but will remain in favor of the reservation holder to be used according to hotel availability within 60 days of the original reservation date.
Reduction in the number of nights reserved:
If this request is made within the week prior to arrival or during the stay, the guest must pay the full amount for the canceled nights, regardless of the season or reasons for the reduction in the number of nights reserved.
No-Show Policy:
In case of no-show, the night charged at the time of confirmation will be applied as a penalty.
The hotel will confirm any cancellation by email. Please wait for this confirmation to consider your reservation as canceled. Otherwise, the hotel will not accept any claims unless you have the cancellation receipt sent by our reservations department.
In case of a strike, work stoppage, or flight cancellation by Aerolíneas or transportation companies, the hotel will NOT make exceptions regarding the penalty charge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:
- All guests must present DNI, PASSPORT, or IDENTITY CARD (no exceptions).
- A credit card will be requested as a guarantee at check-in.
- Bathrobes can be requested by guests at any time at the RECEPTION of the hotel.
- Guests may request one (1) electric kettle to use in the room (subject to availability).
- If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance.
Payment for the reservation:
The guarantee amount can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.
Credit Card:
The type of card, issuing bank, and a payment link will be requested. The payment receipt must be sent to reservas@hotelyamanas.com.ar / operaciones@hotelyamanas.com.ar.
Bank Transfer:
The Reservations Department will send you the bank details of the company LOS YAMANAS S.A. (Legal name of Hotel Los Yámanas) for making the transfer reservas@hotelyamanas.com.ar; operaciones@hotelyamanas.com.ar.
Transfers from international accounts will include bank commission.
Dollar Exchange Rate:
- National Passengers: Official selling rate from the BNA.com.ar website on the cancellation date
- Foreign Passengers: Mep Dollar exchange rate
