To confirm a reservation is required to pay the corresponding amount for the first
lodging night for each boojed room. The latter is a NON REFUNDABLE charge.

The reservations and querys made to our agents should be asked via e-mail and they
will answer in the same plataform. Services and prices will be provided considering the
given information.

The reservation will be able to be canceled until 1 week before the check-in date. This
not counting the arrival date of the passengers. Otherwise, a night will be charged for
each room booked as a penalty.

In the case that the reservation ends up being canceled and the guarantee payment
already done, the same will be not reinstated and it will end up at the guest favor
(depending on the hotel capacity in the set time limit of 60 days following to the
original date of the reservation).

Reduction on the booked nights:
If the request is informed in the week of the arrival to the hotel or even in the stay of it,
the passsengers should pay the total income for the nights canceled no matter the season or whatever reason could be.

No-Show Politic:
If the passenger do not shows up, as a penalty, the amount of nights confirmed will be
charged. The hotel confirms via e-mail any cancelation.

We ask you to wait for that verification to confirm your cancelation. Otherwise, the
hotel will not accept any claims if theres no cancelation proof at the moment given by
our reservation departament.
