To confirm a reservation, you are required to pay the amount corresponding to the first night’s accommodation for each room reserved. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Rates are expressed in US dollars. We have converted the rate so you can see the approximate cost in Argentine pesos. The exchange rate may vary before payment depending on the dollar exchange rate.
Reservations and inquiries made directly with our agents must be requested by email and will be answered via email. Services and rates will be provided according to the information provided in writing:

Reservations can be canceled up to 1 week before the check-in date, not including the guests’ arrival day. Otherwise, a penalty of one night’s accommodation per reserved room will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation and the deposit has already been credited, it will not be refunded. It will remain with the reservation holder to be used according to hotel availability, within 60 days of the original reservation date.
Reduction in the number of nights booked:
If this request is made within the week of arrival at the hotel or even during the stay, the guest must pay the full amount for the canceled nights, regardless of the season or reason for the reduction in the number of nights booked.
No-Show Policy: In case of no-show, a penalty of one night’s accommodation will be charged at the time of confirmation.
The Hotel confirms Any cancellations must be made by email. Please wait for this confirmation before considering your reservation canceled. Otherwise, the Hotel will not accept any claims without the cancellation confirmation sent by our reservations department.
In the event of a strike, work stoppage, or flight cancellation by airlines or transportation companies, the Hotel will NOT make any exceptions regarding the collection of the penalty.

- Two small breeds up to 10kg are welcome.
- Prior to check-in, a Pet Registration Form must be submitted along with the corresponding health certificate.
- The guest must contact the hotel directly (2901410797) via WhatsApp to receive the aforementioned information and to notify them of their arrival with a pet.

Bank Transfer
The Reservations Department will send you the bank details of LOS YAMANAS S.A. (the company name of Hotel Los Yámanas) so you can make the transfer. Once the transaction is complete, please send the payment receipt to reservas@hotelyamanas.com.ar; operaciones@hotelyamanas.com.ar . In the case of a transfer made from a foreign account, a bank commission must be addedIf you require an invoice “A”, this must be indicated before sending the transfer receipt or the credit card debit form, detailing the CUIT (tax ID) and company. Otherwise, an invoice “B” will be automatically generated, and it will not be possible to change the invoice type later.
Dollar Exchange Rate:
Domestic Passengers: Official seller rate from BNA .com.ar on the day of cancellation.
